This tour is a fundraiser for the newly formed Hatchie River Conservancy. It is the first 3rd Saturday paddle of many more to come. The starting point is Highway 64 just East of Bolivar, TN and the ending point is Highway 18 just North of Bolivar, TN.
The Hatchie River is one of five rivers the TSRA has helped designate as a Tennessee Scenic River since the Tennessee Scenic Rivers Act of 1968.
We will have a meet and greet with the Executive Director, Bob Ford. Members of the board of directors will be on hand as well.
You'll also experience a Blues City Kayaks tour if you haven't already. Great conversation and lots of fascinating facts about the Hatchie River and its watershed.
There are bring your own boat options available as well as rental options. All options include a donation to the Hatchie River Consvervancy.
