Intro to SUP with TSRA and Metro Parks

An introduction to the fun and safe sport of stand up paddle-boarding, instruction on the basic paddling and SUP control skills, safety, self and assisted rescues. Whether you are a beginner SUP paddler or you want to give paddling a SUP a try, this is an AWESOME opportunity to get hands on experience with a great ACA certified instructor!

Don't have your own equipment?  No worries!  We can get you set up, please just let us know, when you register for the class.

Have you're own equipment?  SUP, Paddle, PFD, Leash?  AWESOME!  Bring it with you.
