TSRA membership extends for one year from date of payment receipt by TSRA, Inc. Persons who live in the same household as the Primary member may be included at no additional charge by listing them on this form. Place the additional member's first and last names, phone and email information in the field "Additional Member".
When you have completed this form, click "submit". Your information will be recorded and you will be taken to another page to pay. At that page enter the amount of $25.00 and follow directions there to complete the transaction. You will receive an email notification shortly after the transaction is completed.
